On the Agrément Rotunda on the junction between Galisbay, Marigot and the road to Grand Case, one finds Lady Liberty. She symbolizes the abolition of slavery on French side St Maarten / St Martin on May 27th 1848. This was 15 years before the Dutch side would see emancipation of slavery. The statue stands for emancipation, liberation and freedom. It was unveiled at the 159th anniversary of abolition in 2007.
this document introduces the main aspects of Humanekind
dear reader, you are about to read an overview the likes of which you have never experienced and probably will never experience again
· you’re welcome
what is Humanekind?
Humanekind is a digital environment with the purpose of giving humanity the best resources possible so that it reaches its full potential and continues to thrive in perpetuity
unfortunately, Humanekind cannot take current humanity in that journey
· there are too many haters, too many people focused on destroying humanity, because destroying part of humanity is destroying humanity as a whole
· therefore, Humanekind takes the essential characteristics of humanity and ensures that they are represented in ideal humanity within the digital borders of Humanekind
the web is a network powered by money and advertisements Humanekind is a network powered by true human connection through core values
rights
humanity includes every individual on earth, from the sweetest most honest, unselfish, and giving person to the President of the United States of America (just to be clear, this statement represents the opposite ends of the goodnes scale, the former being the good side)
· humanity, therefore, is infinitely diverse, completely inclusive
· when resources are limited and to avoid conflict, humans must ensure that those resources are distributed as equitably and fairly as possible
· ideal humanity leaves no one behind, even when humanity at large does
· therefore, maximizing equitability among human beings must be a Humanekind ideal
so, the first three ideals of Humanekind are:
-
be diverse
-
be inclusive
-
be equitable
perfect!
oh no! there are people out there who do not live by those ideals (some of them might be you, dear reader)
· there are people whose reason for being, their guiding light, is to be diametrically opposed to these ideals
· there are people who want uniformity, chauvinism, deletion and anything but diversity, equity, and inclusion
· so, those people are not going to be part of Humanekind
· note that, throiugh their own attititudes towards humanity, those people disqualify themselves from participating in a network that accepts everyone
· sometimes it sucks to be a complete and total asshole; people just don’t want to hang out with you because you fucking suck
within Humanekind we do not have discussions about the merits of diversity, equity, and inclusion because they would be a total waste of time in an environment vested on maximizing all three
· having a discussion with a flat earther about the workings of satellites, for example, is a total waste of time for people on either sid…
ok, that was easy!
rules
now that we have defined a humanity within Humanekind that reflects the essential characteristics of humanity on earth, we need to establish some rules, some hard rules, that allow the members of Humanekind to live out their digital lives as they see fit, being their true selves, without static from others because of how they were born, their gender, the people they fall in love with, things that they cannot change about themselves but aspects of their essense that some people find pleasure in mocking and go so far as harrassing, threatening, and even killing people whose nature they find abhorrent
· by the way, the people doing the mocking, the harrassing, the killing, those are the weak ones
· those are the losers, the fucking rats
· on the other hand, the ones who, knowing the kind of pain they will go through by being themselves but doing it anyway, they are the heroes, the courageous ones, the chosen ones
Humanekind chooses the courageous, the authentic, the innovative, the critical thinkers
· Humanekind does not admit liars, thieves, hypocrites, hateful fucking people in its ranks
· they can stay the fuck out and wallow in their AI hellscape
considering all that, these are the four rights that every member of Humanekind enjoys:
-
the right to act freely
: an expression of an individua’s essential nature -
the right of protection against others' invasive acts
: protection against others' overextended sense of freedom
: no, dude, you are not free to rape whoever you want, asshole -
the right to fairness
: balancing personal freedoms and personal rights is critical to live harmoniously -
the right to the fair, equitable application of rules
: the mechanical and impartial practice of order in a place where people value freedom is imperative
tenets
one more thing
· Humanekind operates mechanically
· what does that mean in a digital environment you ask?
· that’s a very good question
· mechanical operation in a digital world like Humanekind means that every action, every behavior, follows rules and obeys limits, similar to real life but automatic and consistently consistent
as it pertains to following the rules, there is no fucking around in Humanekind
· everything is logged, how decisions are reached is thoroughly documented and inspectable in human-readable documents (no AI blackbox bullshit in here)
when Humanekind sets a rule saying, for example, that it is against code for an adult man to have sex with a 12-year-old girl, no one would be able to skirt the consequences of breaking that rule, no matter who he is or whose sick, demented nephew he is, no matter how much money he has access to (there’s no money in Humanekind, by the way)
· when credible evidence of such adult man raping a child is put on the digital table, the man would be automatically guilty (because he fucking did it), and whatever pusnishment had been set for violating the rule against sex with children by adults would be applied, which in Humanekind would be permanent cancelation and reporting him to the authorities
· there would be no humans stopping or altering the process for a particular person
· no ridiculous people talking about protecting the "innocent" adults finding themselves in sticky situations through no fault of their own, for example
· none.
· of.
· that.
· shit.
regardless of what you’re thinking right now, the critical point the previous paragraph mentinons (which you totally ignored) is evidence
· corroborating evidence for anything and everything is the highest thing ever
· there are no imaginary entities moving things along
· people make things happen
· people do good by helping the ones who need help
· people do evil by hurting people in need or raping little girls and boasting of their attraction to pre-pubescent females on the fucking radio, like a Master Creep, you know, like Master Chief but for pedophiles
the first tenet of Humanekind is:
-
evidence rules everything
as far as the mechanical operation of Humanekind is cooncerned, no weight shall be given to any argument on any subject that cites the influence or power of imaginary entities
· by extension, the content of any books written about any such entities does not have any influence on the workings of Humanekind
· every Humanekind member has the right to be free of any judgment based on imaginary entities or any document or book citing those imaginary entities and their powers of whatever because they do not have any powers because they do not exist
· oh, yeah, that’s the fifth right that every member of Humanekind enjoys:
-
the right not to be judged on the basis of myth or imaginary characters in someone’s mind
there, that’s Humanekind, a digital place that accepts within its population individuals who, at the very least, honor humanity’s instrinsic diversity, equity, and inclusion
· those individuals also recognize that human beings have inalienable rights to freedom, protection, fairness, and justice
· and finally, members of Humanekid do not place any weight on the imaginary virtues and emontional weaknesses of imaginary beings, living or dead
· this is critical when it comes to the mechanization i meantioned earlier
mechanized human intelligence
by the way, im referring to the mechanization of human intelligence
· when you see a Lamborghini speed by (or even slow by), and hear the sweet sound of its engine (even though that this wreaking havok on our home), you are listening to human intelligence in action
· the knowledge and experience of many people are manifested in every engine component, electronic transistor, wire harness, plastic, metal, carbon fiber, glass, leather, and whatever other compounds the car’s designers deemed appropriate for the car to have
· we are talking here about actual human intelligence being put into action
· we are not talking about glorified spell checkers that "train" by consuming vast amounts of copyrighted content with no acknowledgment of or remuneration to the human beings who created the content in the first place
im talking aobut you, Meta, fucking thief
· all that money, all that fucking money, and you resort to stealing content!
that type of shit is not going to happen in Humanekind
· ever
together these ideals and rights form a set of core values, the Humanekind Code
· every member of Humanekind is bound to honor the code and act according to it
· those who violate the code will find their membership to Humanekind canceled
you, your code, our code
now, let’s focus on you
· what can Humanekind do for you?
· well, im glad you asked
· look at you with the very good questions
· never stop asking
· ok, where were we?
· oh, yes
Humanekind helps you envision the humanity you want to be a part of, and provides the tools you need to work with others with similar views to unearth and strengthen your shared vision
in a nutshell, Humanekind is about three things:
-
you
-
your code
-
our code
you are the center of your life
your code is what makes you you, what makes you tick
· Humanekind has its code, and you have your code
· you may not have it written down somewhere, but you have it, and you live by it
our code is the code that you share with the people who give meaning to your life, the people whom you count on and who count on you
· your codehorts make you stronger, help you get up when you are down, understand what you may have difficulty saying because they know your story, they know what you are about, they know your reputation because they have experienced you in ways that very few indoviduals ever will
in Humanekind, you don’t live under or by anybody’s algorithm, but
in Humanekind, you live your code authentically and faithfully
or you are canceled
under the eight Humanekind precepts, individuals form partnerships, who form groups, who form orgs, all guided by a shared code that defines who they are, what they are abouu, how they behave, and how they interact
· in Humanekind, you don’t just say what you believe, what you are about
you are what you say
you live your code
or you may be canceled
out of your org
out of your group
out of your click
Humanekind promotes a humanity that maximizes the happiness of every individual and does not prioritize the comfort of the very few, or the incredibly rapy and corrupt one
but what is Humanekind, really?
in our contemporary world, a person has two spheres
· one sphere is the commercial, full of ads, spam, slop, threats, markets, and many other things having to do with money: having it, not having it, having to little, or having too much of it
· this is the sphere where personal values are the least relevant
· people often ignore or compromise them in the name of ambition, money, power, cowardice, or all of these noble motives

the other sphere is the intimate, the place where ads, money, and artificial intelligence are irrelevant and undesired because, say, you do not want some corporation blinded by money and profit all up in your private bidness, fucking up your life because, you know, awful things that "go viral" make them money
· this is the sphere where personal values are the most relevant
· here is where you don’t have to compromise your values to perform your job or to get the loan you desperately need (the money thing)
· this is where you can expose your vulnerabilities, share your most personal knowledge with people who connect with you through experience, history, and shared code
· this is the sphere where Humanekind can be of assistance
Humakiind can host your entire intimate sphere because no stranger is going to judge you for your brown skin, or your white skin, or your tatoos, or you wonderful transition, or your marriage, or your hair, or your partner, or your partners
Humanekind is where you can be your most humane without being called a chump, a loser, a wuss
· you don’t need to be performatively male or performatively female
· you can just be yourself, and people accept you, people welcome you, people appreciate you because you are you
· some people will even want to get to know you
there is no algorithm at work here, not in the corporate sense, at least
· your values, your code, is what exposes you to people you may not already know but who might enrich your life more than you can imagine
how does Humanekind work?

to accomplish its goals, Humanekind does two main things for its members:
-
provide resources the individuals can use to develop purpose, ideals, ambitions, goals, values, objectives, zir code
-
promote and facilitate every member’s realization of zir code while leaving no one behind
sovereignty
the greatest benefit Humanekind provides is sovereignty over your knowledge by controlling your exposure to content
· a random, profit-influenced algorithm will not decide what content you experience in Humanekind
· you are the one who decides what content reaches your senses
· Humanekind is not the playground of influencers, advertisers, or propagandists
· it is your mind’s playground
knowledge is in your head, not in the text you read or the images in front of your eyes
· everything you experience you process in your mind, based on your experiences and the knowledge you have accummulated since you were born a human baby
· Humanekind honors that and helps you use the in your hands to get the information you need to nurture your knowledge, to learn about the people you may want to connect with, not to block the assholes that slide in your DMs because of the honest post you made about your thoughts on a particular matter
ambition
in Humanekind, you being yourself is how you find your kin, your codehort, people who share values, ideals, purpose with you
· the real beauty is that people form their own codes of conduct, of behavior, of action, and, under the Humanekind Code that everyone adheres to, no one’s voice is quieted, no one is made to feel ashamed of themselves, no one is threatened because of who they are
· no performative and annoying moderation is needed when you are dealing with people who share your values
when you do want to open your circle a bit, you are under complete control
· when you look for people to connect with, you don’t look for people: you look for kinfolk
· and in Humanekind, those kinfolk will at the very least ahhere to the Humanekind Code
authenticity
Humanekind lets you be you and only you, you don’t have to lie about yourself
· in fact, depending on who are connected with and the code that you both share, lying may make you an undesirable connection to your codehorts
· Humanekind gives you the freedom to be honest and transparent
· it helps you to "think in public" in ways that are impossible in the commercial, profit-driven world of "social media"
· and, no, Humanekind is not a social network
· Humanekind is a human network: a network of humans, by humans, for humans
· no artificial intelligence will ever be part of Humanekind
· Humanekind is whenre AI comes to die
within this framework of diversity, equity, inclusion, freedom, rights, justice, and fairness, individuals can express themselves, espouse their code, live their code, and connect with others who also live by a similar code, some may call it a code of honor, others a rulebook, yet others core values
· but whatever you call it, the code is central to operations in the Humanekind environment, a place that leverages and uses human intelligence, not the "artificial" intelligence that corporations use to dominate, oppress, quiet, demonetize, rape, and ridicule individuals who want only to live their lives the best way they can, respectfully, honestly, humanely
knowledge
Humanekind aims to protect your human knowledge, and the collective knowledge of humanity, so that future humanity benefits from the mistakes of present humanity
· the content that you place in Humanekind remains there while someone is interested in it
· your knowledge will stay with humanity as long at least one person "remembers" you in her devices
· and, as long as she remembers you, everyone in the world can discover and remember you too
· by publishing content in Humanekind, you create your digital legacy
the contract you make with your connections is this: the people who connect with you do so mainly because you share principles and values (a code) that define both yourselves and your relationship
· violating your shared code is a breach of contract
· disconnecting from codehort violators is not automatic but is the likely outcome, as is the apparent invalidation of the violator’s code by the violator zirself
· each person may have to modify zir code to "let the violator back in the circle"
· that is, if the violator has built enough good will, some may relax their requirements to stay connected with that person, others may not
· Humanekind will make it easy to respond to disappointment in humane ways
true connection
an individual’s code is the combination of zir personal code and the codes of every memember with whom zie connects, plus the Humanekind Code
· also processes, actions, and behaviors have their own code
· for example, group communication is an activity that can have a specific code of conduct to which all participants must adhere to to continue participating
· the "moderation" that corporations increasingly give lip service too (or discontinue because it is too hard or expensive) but ignore most of the time, is unnecessary in Humanekind
· adherence to the code is mechanically implemented and automatically assured
the Humanekind Code is the top-code
· every member of Humanekind abides by its few but critical precepts
· those who violate the Humanekind Code are automatically canceled out of Humanekind
who is Humanekind for?
-
people who understand that the word humanity instrinsically means diversity, equitability, inclusivity
-
people who abhor autocracy, oppression, injustice, unfairness, patriarchy, gender-based hate, racial-based hate, toxic masculinity, mysoginy, genocide, apartheid
-
people of honor who want to associate with people of honor
-
people who live by a code
-
people who care for the welfare of every human being
-
pwople who value their freedom and rights and the freedom and rights of others
-
people who respect and value people
-
people whose default setting is understanding and acceptance
-
people who value the many aspects of human beings that have helped humanity survive despite the people that make it up
-
people who understand and value science
-
people who understand that human beings make things happen unless overridden by earth’s nature and systems
why join and participate in Humanekind?
your legacy to humanity
people who establish themselves as authentic, dependable, factual will be remembered for centuries, eons even
. that is because governments do not control Humanekind
. corporations do not control Humanekind
. thin skinned baby billionaires to not control Humanekind
today, you can help shape Humanekind to ensure that humanity lasts as long as it needs to to colonize the solar system, and a few million years after that
publishing personal content
in Humanekind, personal content is data, information, and content that you make public to benefit humanity
. once you publish content to the Humanekind network, it belongs to humanity
. there is no way to take it back
. i will live on as long even one person deems it worthy of remembering digitally
what makes up a person’s code?
a person declares core values or beliefs under a personal code
. a personal code is made up of code items and code-item groups
. an item can be a principle, value, rule, tenet
. a group groups related items
when two or more people share a code, it is because they declare at least one group using the same name with at least one item in the group also being the same
. if the persons declare the same item but in different groups, they do not share a code
people who share a code may be discoverable to and by each other
. Humanekind does not expose people who do not share a code automatically
. people who do share a code may discover each other, but they are not automatically connected
. such persons can connect (establish a mutual link) if they wish
a person’s code are zir principles, tenets, values, rules, and other characteristics that define zir behavior and interactions with others
. a person’s code also defines the people that person could have no problem connecting with and the ones with whom zie find it difficult to establish a direct relationship
how personal codes define us and "our people"
Joyce code: - tenets: - Ernest is the love of Joyce's life - there is an omnipresent, all powerful God - fidelity, consistency, service advance humanity - values: - family is the noblest purpose - helping others makes self happy - prayers gets things done - honesty is the best policy - pursue truth through science Ernest code: - tenets: - Joyce is the love of Ernest's life # familial trafficking, slavery and culture beat my weak, fucking, stupid mind - there is no omnipresent, all powerful being - the female sex is the natural sex of humanity # the male exists only to facilitate reproduction - values: - be diverss, equitable, inclusive in all aspects - the bodily sovereignty of people outside the womb is paramount - unless the host (or a legal representative in case the host is incapacitated) gives up the hosts sovereignty, the welfare of the host comes first - honesty is the best policy - pursue truth through science
the codes of Joyce and Ernest have similarities, and a major difference
. however, if they focus on the areas of their codes that align, belief in science, and honesty
in Humanekind, people can discover others throgh their codes
. instead of algorithms whose only purpose is to generate ad impressions for corporations that care nothing for the welfare of their bait, in Humanekind people determine whose content they are exposed to
althought their codes include aspects that would make connection improbable, they choose to focus on the aspects that connect them, resulting in a mutual respect and fidelity
. Humanekind helps people focus ono the things that unite them, while not forgetting who they truly are
. human beings are complex creatures, capable of handling nuance, when they are free to practice critical thought and are not browbeat with ignorance and hate

your code comprises your principles, values, rules, tenets, things that you belive in deeply an strive to follow
. Humanekind makes it easy for everyone to determine whether, with your actions, you are being true to your code
. people who declare a code but do not follow it are assholes and loosers, and no one wants to interact with such people
thanks to the technology available to humanity today, you can ensure that your code is not only something you say, but that it is something you live by and are measured against
starting up safe conversations
how do you start conversations with strangers who share values with you?
. which values?
you start by projecting your code into higher realms
. you see a count of people who share your code appear, maybe 5, maybe 1, maybe 0
. you may have to remove some of the values you hold dear to find someone to talk to
. now that you see the counter increase, you have chance to enter into a respectful conversation based on specific values, principles, ideals that you share
. keep those top of mind and all times ensures that the conversation does not vear into gaslighting, attacks, and harmful vitriol
. the changes are high that this is a productive conversation on all sides

by opening up, and knowing what aspect of your code you gave up to widen the set of potential targets for conversations, you learn about the people you are meeting, what drives them, why their code is somewhat different than yours
